Welcome to LUUP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using LUUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LUUP is a platform that enables brands to turn their customers and community into scalable marketing networks through ambassador and referral programs. We operate under the business entity LUUP Technologies Ltd., headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.
To use LUUP, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You may need to create an account to access some features of our Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
You agree to use LUUP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Access to certain features of LUUP may require payment. Pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented during sign-up or account upgrade. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your use of paid Services. LUUP reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, software, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to LUUP. You may not use our branding or proprietary content without prior written permission.
By submitting content (e.g. images, testimonials, campaign assets) to LUUP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of delivering our Services. You retain all ownership of your content.
You may gain access to confidential information such as beta features, platform data, or business strategies. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not share it with third parties without written consent.
LUUP may connect with third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or terms of those services. Your use of third-party features is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
LUUP is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Services. We do not guarantee any specific results from ambassador or referral campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUUP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
You may stop using LUUP at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions related to intellectual property, user content, liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of LUUP after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
